
Steps:Step 1 - mix
sugar, water, yeast and mashed potatoes and allow to
rest in a warm spot near the stove for an hour or so
Step 2- Combine the interior filling components and set
aside for later
Step 3 - Gradually mix in wet
ingredients (butter, eggs and salt)
Step 4 - slowly stir in
remaining flour
Step 5 - Knead dough until
even and elastic
Step 6 - roll into a 12
inch square.
Step 7 -- spread filling to
within a thumbs width of edge
Step 8 - roll up square
Step 9 -- cut square into 8 - 9
pieces
Step 10 -- Place into a 9 x 9
pan, allow to raise until double
Step 10 - Bake at 350 degrees
for 40 minutes.
Drizzle with Confectioners sugar
